Sampling and Testing Matrices

Water/ wastewater, sludge, soil, air, sediment, industrial process waste. 

Established in 1982, the Laboratory Services department provides precision testing and analytical characterization of water, wastewater, soil, sludge, and industrial process materials. Other services include sample collection and analysis for industrial pretreatment programs and landfill operations. The laboratory is equipped with the most modern instrumentation, featuring in-house capabilities to analyze 129 EPA priority pollutants in water, solid and semi-solid samples. Our chemists and trained technicians also conduct gas analysis, bacteriological tests, and administer a broad range of water quality tests.

In addition to standard tests, the laboratory handles special projects, such as testing and characterization of non-standard materials.

State Certified

Certification No. 405043870 under the State of Wisconsin Laboratory Certification Program (NR 149) for the analysis of metals, inorganics, volatiles, semi-volatiles, herbicides and pesticides. Safe Drinking Water certified for all Phase V inorganics under the Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA).

Turn Around Time

Most analyses are performed in house, thus allowing us to control our turn around time (TAT). Standard turn around time is 10 to 14 working days. We pride ourselves on our ability to accommodate frequent requests for expedited analyses with ease and reliability.

Data Narratives

Robert E. Lee & Associates' provide data narratives with all of our organic reports at no additional charge. The data narrative provides clients, with important quality control (QC) information that is used to validate the data. The QC information can assist clients in making project specific decisions as well as assuring the validity of the data.
