Robert E. Lee & Associates, Inc. (REL), is pleased to announce the addition of Dale Marsh as a Civil Engineering Manager in the firm’s growing Civil/Municipal Department. Dale has over 35 years of experience working on municipal, water supply, wastewater, and transportation projects. He has been involved with design, construction, start-up, trouble shooting, and development of O&M Manuals for water and wastewater systems. Dale’s responsibilities at REL will include client development and project management. Dale is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Wisconsin and Michigan who has an Associate Degree in Civil Engineering from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville with majors in Water and Wastewater engineering. Dale is a member of the NWTC-Green Bay Advisory Committee, a member of the Wisconsin Rural Water Association, Minnesota Rural Water Association, Wisconsin Water Association, Wisconsin Wastewater Association, and American Public Works Association.
