Wetland Mitigation Bank Feasibility Study NES was responsible for determining the suitability of wetland restoration/creation on a 147-acre parcel located in Manitowoc County, WI. Once the land was found to be suitable (photo), recommendations were made regarding the acreage and type of possible restored wetland. A needs assessment questionaire was also developed and distributed throughout the county to determine current and future wetland impacts that may need to be mitigated in a bank.
