Robert E. Lee & Associates, Inc., is pleased to announce the addition of Mark S. Schuster, P.E. as a Project Manager in the firm’s growing Transportation Department. Mark has 27 years of experience working on transportation projects. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Wisconsin—Platteville. Mark specializes in the design and construction administration of WisDOT, county, and local highway projects. He will serve as a project manager to clients throughout Wisconsin.
